Bristol Harbour Bristol UK|
We are selling our beloved floating home! After an amazing time living on her in continuous cruising and on our summer and winter moorings it is time for us to move on. We bought Viridian in an immaculate condition in 2018 being the third owners of her.
Viridian was built in 2011 and is a 57' x 10' cruiser stern widebeam. She is perfectly equipped for both continuous cruising and live-aboard on a home-mooring. She is a very reliable boat, very well looked after and well reported in terms of services and paperworks.
We had the amazing opportunity to enjoy two moorings over the year. One in Summer (April – September) in beautiful countryside between Bath and Bristol, just off the Bristol-Bath-Railway-Cycle-Track as an End-of-Garden-Mooring of a private Farm. The other one in Winter (October – March) in Bristol Harbour, just in the city centre. (Wintermooring in Bristol needs application every year, hold for two years). Both moorings offer water and electricity points. Both moorings are possible to transfer to new owners.
The cruiser stern houses engine bay access, engine control panel, diesel tank fill point and two gas lockers. Each locker is capable of housing a 13kg calor gas canister. Double doors and a sliding hatch gives entry to the spacious inside.
The engine bay houses the Canaline 52 engine, a Webasto diesel heater, a hot water immersion tank, the battery bank, bilge pump, weed hatch - and is a large storage space.
BOW - Our lovely balcony
Here you’ll find space for a little table and up to four chairs as well as access to bow storage locker and the water tank fill point. A 2017 fitted waterproof cratch cover supported by a steel frame gives shelter to the whole bow area. All three panels on cratch cover (1 front, 2 sides) have windows and can be unzipped/ unclipped and opened.
