Rachel comes with a lovely Springfield Marina Mooring on the River Lee in Hackney. I have had her 18 years, and she's been a loved home. Open plan design with large double bed and 10 meters of sitting/dining kitchen space. Best features are her two hatches so you can sit on the river without leaving the boat. Comes blacked and fully anoded in May with survey. Good reliable engine, never had any problems with it, and top grade steel hull which always sails through surveys. I abandoned a project of stripping her back last year to move to Africa, hence sale. She needs a bit of TLC as hasn't been lived in for a year, perhaps re-wiring of electrics and bits and bobs but all in all a great narrowboat for a couple with one of the best mooring spots in London IMHO! There is a 10% Mooring transfer fee on top of the price.

Thornycroft standard BMC engine. Keep it watered and oiled and it never gives a problem. Well maintained throughout its life with me.
