She will come with brand new safety certificate. She was blacked and new anodes last year 2023.

The outside and inside is in nice condition. The bathroom needs a little refurb, I started to strip this but run out of time to finish.

The inside is nice and has oak worktop stainless steel sink and full Gas cooker hob oven,
