Under Offer Solace 48ft cruiser stern built 1991 by Midland Canal Centre, powered by Lister Petter inboard diesel engine.

From the stern there are cupboards port and starboard giving access to the electrics, fuse panel etc on the port side & wet locker hanging space and access to the expansion tank on the starboard side.

The bedroom has a fixed double with storage under, overhead lockers, shelving & central heating radiator.

Moving forward is the bathroom comprising of a small bath with shower over, hand wash basin set in cupboard unit, mirror, pump-out toilet & central heating radiator.

In the corridor between the bathroom & the galley is a side hatch offering additional light & ventilation & this is also a means of getting on & off the boat midships.

The galley has a 4 ring gas hob, separate oven & grill, fridge, sink & drainer with tiled splash-back, wall mounted cabinets, ample work-top & storage units, and a central heating radiator.

Moving forward again is the main cabin / dinette. On the port side is fixed L shaped seating which is the dinette with storage under also makes a guest double bed & a corner storage cupboard with TV above. The starboard side has a solid fuel stove mounted on a tiled plinth & surround. Also running down the length of gunnel is a useful additional built-in cupboard storage & shelving unit.

Finally the forward entrance to the craft through a cratch covered area with table and seating.

This is a very clean & tidy boat one set of owners from new. They have kept it in excellent condition and have records of all the work and journeys throughout the time they have enjoyed it.

The vessel has 12 & 240v electrics, inverter, solar panel, Webasto diesel central heating, front cratch & cover, rear tonneau, & BSC valid until June 2027.
