They say good things come in small packages and this is certainly the case with Rag Doll.
Just think of all the pluses, being able to turn the boat without having to find a winding hole and ease of finding mooring spots in popular places, to name just two, and then there is the economical ownership costs.
The present owners have enjoyed leisure cruising aboard Rag Doll, but now find themselves with insufficient time to justify ownership, so feel that it is now sensible for someone else to take over and enjoy her just as much.
Rag Doll has a stern that is to R& D’s innovative Cutwater design, with the uxter plate, sometimes known as the counter plate, rising to the stern, which is said by many to improve performance and handling regardless of whether going ahead or astern.
She may not be packed to the gunwales with all the latest equipment but maybe all the better for it, as there is less to go wrong.
The cabin has been thoughtfully designed to maximise the available space.
Externally the paintwork could benefit from a polish and on a plus side, the gearbox was rebuilt in March 2022
