HULL: Originally built in 2000 this cruiser style boat has a large rear deck, covered with a pram hood, creating a large usable outside space no matter what the weather. The bow of the boat is enclosed which creates a large usable cabin space despite to overall length of the boat, she is painted in dark blue, with cream panels and a red coachline she has a dark blue bowand silver hopper style double glazed windows and chrome mushroom vents.

FIT OUT : She has been insulated and lined out with Ash faced ply the floor is laid to Vinyl throughout This compact reverse layout boat makes a great boat.

SALOON (8.8ft/2.70m): Entrance is down a couple of steps, on your right is a number of shelves housing the radio and TV below is a cupboard housing the electrics. On the left is a large wardrobe. There is a large L shaped dinette and a demountable table. Two large windows give a light and airy feel.

GALLEY (8.2ft/2.5m): This U shaped galley provides you with all you require. There is a 4 burner gas hob with Thetford oven and grill below under the window is a stainless steel sink and drainer with cupboards below, on the bulk head wall is a fridge under a section of worktop and wall mounted units provide storage and housing for the microwave. Opposite is a useful lift up flap providing extra work space.

BATHROOM (3.9ft/1.2m, excluding shower):
Has a hip bath with a shower over there is a large vanity unit housing the sink and a Mansfield traveller dump through toilet.

BEDROOM (10.4ft/3.20m): In the bow of the boat is the bedroom which is a good size considering the length of the boat, as you enter to the right is a set of side doors while on the right is a large wardrobe and the Alde boiler. Under the bed is more storage in the form of drawers as the bed is in the bow of the boat it is king size in dimension although it tapers slightly towards the head. Over the bed are a number of useful shelves and wall mounted reading lights.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :
Under the stern deck is a Beta 35 marine engine with a PRM delta 120 gearbox (recond in 2021), it has a stern greaser. She has a 2kw Victron inverter charger. With 1 starter battery and 4 domestic batteries.
Heating is provided by a gas fired boiler with radiators.

2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment, Hose pipe with reel.
