Fabricated by Clearwater Boats in Nottinghamshire, the
Wilderness Beaver 23 is a compact yet versatile cruiser, valued for
their practicality and ease of use. At 23 feet long, Avalon is perfect
for exploring the smaller, more secluded waterways. Despite her
modest size, she has the essentials for comfortable cruising. The
fore features a U-shaped seating area with two Desmo tables,
offering options for a small or large table, which also easily
converts into a spacious double berth at night. The compact galley
includes an oven & grill, hob and fridge, while the wet room,
complete with cassette toilet and shower, is located opposite the
galley. At the aft, there is additional seating for relaxing, making a
single berth if needed. A Truma Combi 2E boiler runs boths the
hot water and heating by ducted blown air. The boat offers 230V
power through a landline connection, with a 130W solar panel
topping up the 150Ah cabin battery bank. Weighing around 2
tonnes, Avalon is easily transportable on a trailer, perfect for short
trips or weekend getaways in varying locations. Launched in July
2024, a change in circumstances means that she is now available.
