Description

Piccolo is a 40ft cruiser stern with reverse layout built and fitted out by Piper Boats in 2008. Powered by a Beta Greenline 28hp engine, with a PRM 80 gearbox.

Layout: Generous stern deck area, double doors to galley, saloon, bathroom, bed sitting room, double doors to bow deck area. Interior fitted throughout in Maple Marine ply giving light modern interior.

Galley: Entering the interior from the rear through the double half glazed doors there is the galley comprising under counter fridge, Vanette gas oven and grill with four burner gas hob, Waeco 12v fridge, sink, mixer tap, drainer, worktops, and ample storage in cupboards and shelves. New Hotpoint microwave cooker. 13 amp 240v sockets. Display panel with engine instruments and switches. Cupboard housing electrical switchgear and galvaniser.

Saloon: Fitted out in Maple Marine finish giving a light modern appearance. Pullman Dinette seating and table that converts to a double berth that converts to double bed. Power points, 12v TV. Centrally located Sig Marine stainless diesel safety heater.

Bathroom: Shower enclosure wash basin with cupboard under, vanity unit and shelves, pump out toilet.

Bedroom: Bed sitting room fitted out with folding bed settee, provides seating and pulls down into double berth. Double density memory foam mattress. Unit new 2022. Wheeled storage drawer under for bedding etc. Cupboard and wardrobe. Technica TV/DVD. Double doors with blind to foredeck.
