This is a true classic! 3 Owner boat in need of a restoration.
Better known to the public as a quintessential Chris-Craft, the Sportsman was among the first off the line when pleasure-boat production was restored in mid-summer of 1945.
This 1945 Sportsman has only had three owners since it was brand new. As you can see in the photos, she's taken a few hits lately, the latest coming in January with high winds.
Her Chris Craft 6 Cylinder 105 hp engine has had quite a bit done to her over the years, but she hasn't run in awhile.
This Chris has been intended as a restoration, but time has slipped by, and she needs to go to a new home.
The upholstery was new. The aft seat is still in the garage.
