Description

Here we have a 42 feet all steel four berth canal cruiser. The hull and cabin were repainted in the late summer of 2020.
The boat has a Mitsubishi 3 cylinder marine diesel engine which runs well. The engine has just been serviced by M. R. Marine in Northwich Cheshire and all the electrics checked by ACE Marine electrical. The boat has a Boat Safety Certificate, but a new one will be obtained prior to sale. The boat is well fitted inside with hot and cold running water, galley, Thetford cassette toilet and separate shower compartment. She has four berths in two separate cabins. The aft double berth converts into a four seater dinette. The upholstery, currently not fitted, is all new. Likewise a full set of new window blinds will all be fitted prior to sale. There is a solid fuel stove fitted in the fore cabin which gives ample heat to warm the entire boat. The exterior paintwork has all been re-painted with horizontal areas being treated with non-slip paint. The boat has had a recent ultrasonic hull survey which gave the hull an excellent report. The report can be made available upon request and a paste up copy is included in the photographs. The boat was given two coats of marine bitumastic paint recently and will have another coat before being re-launched. There are anodes fitted, not new but with life still in them.
This really is a nice boat with lots of potential. She is not completely ready for sale yet but will be by early January. She is currently located at a Cheshire boatyard and is on hardstanding out of the water whilst some work is being completed by the boatyard. The price will be for the boat with all work indicated completed. A small deposit will secure the boat with the balance only upon final completion.
